To provide administrative support to sales team on clients’ enquiries, prepare sales quotations, proposals, tenders and vendor set up.

Data management in Salesforce CRM system, i.e. create new opportunities, follow-up on prospects, report generation.

Qualifying of all incoming leads and pass on to Sales / Service teams for follow-up.

Manage and coordinate new client’ documents and data filing required to facilitate purchase process and government compliance.

Verify with PO/Quotation data accuracy in the system.

To establish strong rapport with existing clients and obtain feedback for service improvement.

Work with multi-function teams to ensure that the operations workflow is supported smoothly.

To work closely with Order Processing team on documentation and stock order status.

To work with finance team to ensure prompt customer payments.

Assist in Promotions / Marketing / Training events (Product and Sales).

Be the point of contact for after sales client requirements

Working closely with logistic team to ensure stock availability and accuracy.

Taking phone calls from clients and follow up with their enquiries.

Contribute in work process improvement for client service excellence.

Performs other related duties as required or requested.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements**:
Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 4 years relevant working experience.

Be process-driven, team player, Excellent client service & result oriented.

Flexible and keen to share new ideas to improve existing work processes.

Independent & problem solver with attention to details.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM system preferred.
