- Responsible for accurate compounding and sampling of flavour according to formulation.
- Assist with compounding and sampling of flavour according to formula allocation by Flavourist.
- Participate in evaluation and discussion of compounded flavour with Flavourists when necessary.
- Utilise in-house database for daily functional task.
- Responsible for general maintenance and consumables of the Creation laboratories.
- Support R&D development function raw materials and samples preparation for sensory testing and evaluation by Flavourists.
