**Job Summary**:
The role will be responsible for clinical engagement and driving test demands for MiRXES through initiatives and programmes. This role will also need to develop clinical and research projects with key clinician groups to complement MiRXES business and IP growth. This role will have to identify and build research partnership to generate clinical data.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Commercial Operations:

- Grow MiRXES market share in assigned country for focused business areas
- Depending on the rate of expansion, the geographical coverage of this role may expand to also Indonesia and Vietnam

Market Development:

- Facilitate Precision Oncology (PO) sales (Service) in assigned country together with commercial team, map PO landscape
- Engage pharma KOLs - develop channels for CDx access in assigned country and develop regional collaborations with other regional Market Access Managers
- Formulate entry for Gastroclear into assigned country together with commercial team

Project Management:

- Identify opportunities for RCA conversations across all business units. Build up scientific case with medical affair team for PO and early cancer (EC). Take ownership of project from inception to completion; integrate skill sets of relevant function groups to ensure success of project.
- Identify lab partnerships in assigned country to develop presence for in house testing
- Identify stakeholders for public (government) and private (insurance, pharma) reimbursement; Map and develop framework for reimbursement.

**Desired Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of life science, medicine, pharmacy or related field, advanced degree (MSc, PhD, M.D) a plus.
- At least 5 years of commercial experience (sales, market development, product management etc) in molecular and companion diagnostics industry
- Good understanding of precision oncology field - current landscape, landmark clinical trials, knowledge of therapy with companion diagnostics
- Able to engage in scientific and commercial discussions with clinicians, pathologists, research fellows and commercial equivalents (e.g., Pharma); prior engagement with government policy markers
- Excellent project management skills - prior experience with scientific studies a plus
- Goal oriented; able to work independently and also in team-based settings. Able to rope in and influence across function groups to achieve results.
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and team skills.
- Up to 50% international travel required
