Manager, Luxury Yachting

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for driving strong sales growth to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Develop and maintain new accounts and excellent business relationships with customers and corporate clients.
- Manage key sales accounts and develop and grow new accounts.
- Negotiate with clients and achieve maximum revenue and profit potential while satisfying client needs.
- Finalized all bookings maximizing all revenue potential by upselling in all revenue-producing areas.
- Develop creative and attractive Charter Packages for clients.
- Manage sales team to achieve business plan targets and increase revenue and market share.
- Plan and drive effective sales programs to increase revenue.
- Manage online, telephone, and walk-in inquiries.
- Perform all assigned tasks to ensure that departmental goals are achieved to maximum sales volume and profitability.
- Develop a deep understanding of and relationship with Boat Owners.
- Review and negotiate contracts between the Boat Owners and Luxury Yachting.
- Ability to prepare a monthly booking report and P&L

**Requirements**:

- Should possess preferably a Diploma/A Levels or above.
- Preferably from a hospitality background and experience with a waterfront lifestyle.
- At least 5 years of sales experience, including some managerial experience.
- Comfortable working in outdoor settings and exposed to the sun and sea.
- Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
- Ability to maintain high energy levels and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines with good organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Will be required to work on weekends
- Will be required to work on public holidays from time to time
