Retail Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory levels to ensure products are in stock and well-presented
- Train, onboard, and schedule retail associates
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor store performance and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a retail supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications a plus

Pay: $2,600.00 - $2,800.00 per month
