The Client Cash Management team is responsible in ensuring excellent and seamless service is provided to TTS corporate clients by executing day to day cash activities of clients while ensuring adherence to Citi’s policies and guidelines. **Duties & Responsibilities** - Process cash-related transactions such as deposit and withdrawal of Cash. - Work closely with vendor to ensure all transportation of cash requested by clients are completed. Take full ownership of end to end process with each deposit and withdrawal request from clients. - Plan and schedule cash movement between Citi and clients, with MAS and vendor. - Responsible for daily client operations and security procedures. - Ensure accountability of vendor with good vendor management and monthly cash audit. - Manage clients’ expectation on all cash activities. - Work cross functionally for the rest of TTS products including Giro, USD settlement, Funds Transfer. **Qualifications**: - A recognized Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accountancy or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the banking industry. - Good analytical and problem solving skills. - Meticulous, with a keen eye for detail - Relevant customer service experience in a financial institution - Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communications skills - A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic retail banking environment - A self-starter who can work independently and under mínimal supervision - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Cash Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
