Design complte electrical control system for HVAC System, Process, F&B & Machine Automation.
- Design Network Architecture based on customer requirements to proposed on design level.
- Design and Develop and PLC Programming using STL, Ladder, SFC in Siemens, Omron, Schneider and AB PLC.
- Electrical control Panel designing, wiring, testing and controls including drafiting.
- VFD Drive Configuration, Commissioning and documention Support.
- Prepare Electrical Drawings and Project documentation works.
- Prepare all necessary documentations related to projects including tenders.
- Assist on-site works, including testing and commissioning.
- Strong knowledge on communication protocol such as, ASCII, DALI, M-Bus, BACnet, TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, IOT, WIFI.
- Visit Customer Site to understand the requirements and to provide the suitable and cost-effective solutions.
- Professional communication with client during the installation process providing status of the job.
- Ensure and maintain works quality/standards according to project specification.
- Assist in procurement, sourcing of materials, quality checks
- In-Depth Knowledge of electrical safety, designing practices and Standards (IEC, NEMA, ANSI).
- Coordinating with Technical team to on daily basis to moitor and update the work activity.
- Set up and troubleshooting equipments during debugging.
- Cost analysis& estimates, budgeting, Risk analysis.
- Preparing sales quotations for customers.
- Do regular site visits and follow ups, provide on-site trouble shooting support.
- Report day to day activities to the management.
- Prepare weekly report on workers schedule(update if necessary), assigning works, prioritising works, allocating manpower for the projects.
- Other ad-havoc duties assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Recognised Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building/ Construction/ Automation engineering or Diploma.
- Minimum 4 Years of relevant working experience in building management system, industrial process automation industry expertise.
- Proficient in using Auto Cad is **must.**:

- ¨ Good Technical knowledge (taking measurements, estimating cost, construction technologies, document preparation, electrical controls & drawings).
- ¨ Familiar with professional practice and contract administration process & regulations (Singapore).
- ¨ Ability to work as proactive team player.
- ¨ Highly - motivated.
- ¨ Good Communication and written skills in English.
- ¨ Able to work at short time frame & meticulous (challenging due dates).
- Able to work meticulously and not bounded to time
- Able to meet up with long and tough work schedule
