**Role Description**

The account manager is in charge of maintaining and expanding the accounts that have been given to them. This involves fostering current connections with current clients. In order to achieve a high degree of account servicing and a fantastic client experience with the agency, this function will closely collaborate with the other departments.

**Job description**
- Liaison with clients, interpreting their briefs, and responding to client requests in a timely manner
- Developing in-depth knowledge of clients' products and services, target audience, and competitors' activities
- Taking ownership of the brands, including financial aspects like scope development and billings
- Demonstrating ability to plan and coordinate across social channels - Ensuring campaign elements are delivered on time
- Demonstrating understanding of, and ability to facilitate and manage forecasting, campaign budgeting, campaign creation, and campaign optimization
- Participating in pitches and assisting in the acquisition of new business - through involvement in client briefings, proposal development, defining scope of work, and costings

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience
- Up to date with the current digital, design and video trends
- Decent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative spirit
- Flexible and able to interact, communicate and present ideas
- Able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
