**What You’ll Do**:
**Showroom & Customer Experience**
- Welcome walk-in customers and host scheduled showroom appointments
- Guide customers through test rides and help them choose the right mobility device
- Ensure devices are showroom-ready and prepped for customer handover

**Sales & Lead Management**
- Manage inbound leads via WhatsApp, Carousell, and other channels
- Engage customers via chats and calls to understand their needs
- Recommend suitable products, close sales, and manage payment/subscription follow-ups

**After-Sales & Relationship Building**
- Be the go-to point of contact for customers after their purchase
- Coordinate servicing, repairs, and general inquiries
- Build strong, long-term relationships with happy, returning customers

**What We’re Looking For**
- Fresh grads welcome - no experience needed, just a great attitude
- Friendly, confident, and loves talking to people
- Organised, reliable, and good with follow-ups
- Genuinely curious about e-bikes and mobility tech
- Able to work some weekends and public holidays
