Euc Engineer

_**Desktop Support / EUC Engineer at Joo Koon Needed.**_**Brief Description**:

- **Responsibilities**_
- Experienced in troubleshooting both desktop/laptop hardware and software.
- Support user queries or issues are captured and validated for further processing.
- Coordinate with different support teams (including vendor coordination) to ensure issues are resolved with proper resolution recorded.
- Adhere to the SOP and Policy defined.
- Responsible for Call logging, Assignment, Incident Management & Coordination, Call Tracking and follow‐up until closure within the agreed SLA.
- Implementing best practices to reduce time and increase efficiency.
- Incident ownership, monitoring, tracking and communication with all parties.
- Focus on First Call resolution to ensure early closure of tickets.
- Day-to-day onsite IT support for hardware and software issues involving end-user desktops/notebooks, client’s network connectivity
- Preparation of desktop/notebook system image
- User account management (Account creation, deletion, modification, and reset password in accordance with Customer's process and procedures)
- Perform file backup, migration and restoration for end-users' desktops/notebooks
- **Requirements**_
- Higher Nitec and above in Information Technology or related field
- Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services
- Support desktops, notebooks, printers and other hardware components.

**Contract Type**: 12 Months (Renewal)

**Salary**: SGD2,600 to SGD2,950

**Location**: Joo Koon

**Working Hours**: Office Hours Mon - Fri 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

**Commencement**: Immediate

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $2,950.00 per month
