Normalize life and transform care for PWDs through therapeutic engagement with Person with Dementia (PWD ) in the Lodge as well as in the community in collaboration with psychologists, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, social worker and nursing staff to provide quality person-centred care ( PCC ) to PWD and to unleash their hidden talents.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review and transform current strand of activities which include arts, music, inter-generation bonding and therapy through work programmes to provide naturalized therapy in the Lodge as well in the community
- Co-design and facilitate rich resort-style activities virtually and in person
- Partner with experts in the field to co-design innovative programmes such as immersive nature therapy and mindfulness programmes
**Requirements**:
- At least a Diploma in either Arts, Psychology, Gerontology, Nursing, Special Needs, Social Service or linguistic related field
- Possess varied interests
- Relevant experience in elderly care, mental health or special needs will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates with keen minds and enjoy pathfinding work are welcome to apply
- Resilient, dynamic, creative, organized, resourceful and a strong team player
- Good intrapersonal, interpersonal, problem solving skills and able to multi-task
