**Quality Management System (QMS) Roles**:_
- Support API, ISO systems/program implementation for the Company.
- Knowledge in bizSafe level 3 will be bonus.
- Develop and maintain quality objectives according to corporate policies and goals.
- Develop and execution of continuous improvement initiatives to minimize waste, improve product quality and optimize productivity and cycle time.
- Conduct internal audit and supplier assessment/qualification audits.
- Attend to external system certification body and customer audits.
- Manage customer & internal NC, ensuring that all issues are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Support incoming & final inspection.
- Maintain management system documents and product conformance records.

Support Production / Manufacturing Roles:

- Perform/witness verification activities in the production process and keep proper records.
- Develop and document necessary manuals, procedures, inspection, testing process and work instruction relating to QA/QC activities and control.
- Perform planned maintenance & calibration of QA/QC equipment to ensure accurate and optimal performance.
- Ensure that the procedures and processes prescribed by the QMS are in place and implemented per requirement.
- Development and execution of process control plans/ITPs as required by production/project requirements.
- Liaise with and attend to customer or third-party inspectors on production verification activities.
- Collect, compile and maintain production verification records.
- Any other ad-hoc QA/QC tasks as assigned.
- **2. Education / Qualifications**_
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, etc.)
- Certified ISO/API internal auditor
- **3. Skills / Knowledge / Experience Required**_
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Semiconductor industry
- Experience and knowledge of API Q1 and API 7K will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of product assembly processes and mechanical drawing interpretation.
- Knowledge of in 5S, FMEA, Process Control Plan, Process Checklist
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Dynamic, self-driven and a team-player.
- Able to work independently.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $7,632.32 per month
