We are hiring a R&D Team Manager to help set-up and establish a System Integration & Test capability in Singapore.

**What you will do**:

- Lead resource and work package planning to support team strategies, roadmaps, and projects, ensuring balanced workloads and intervening as necessary for sustainable productivity
- Take charge of defining team members' roles, assigning responsibilities, and shaping internal workflows to ensure transparent planning, workload management, and alignment with external processes
- Ensure the team possesses the necessary skills to fulfill their responsibilities by either developing existing members or reassigning roles as needed, maintaining accountability for the team's competency profile
- Represent the team to management, ensure adherence to defined scopes, and align with stakeholders on objectives
- Contribute to defining internal processes and quality management system (QMS) procedures, while ensuring the team follows these processes diligently.

**What you bring**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or similar disciplines
- Technical expertise in research and development (R&D), preferably within a specialized industry
- Over 7 years of experience in R&D or Engineering, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Demonstrated experience in establishing new teams within a highly collaborative international setting
- Strong track record of leadership and team-building in technical environments.
