**Responsibilities**

Trust Administration
- Oversee day-to-day trust administration for a portfolio of trusts, companies, and other fiduciary structures.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and accounting professionals to manage the administration of complex structures.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely execution of trust administrative matters, such as distributions, investments, and reporting.

Business Development & Inquiries
- Handle inquiries from prospective HNWI clients and intermediaries regarding new trust and fiduciary structures.
- Support onboarding of new business by preparing proposals, attending meetings, and assisting with client onboarding and due diligence processes.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business, or a related field; relevant professional qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust and fiduciary services.
- Strong knowledge of trust law, fiduciary duties, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
