**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Interaction: Greet customers with a welcoming attitude and assist them in understanding the cafe's menu offerings. Take customer orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Order Preparation: Prepare acai bowls and other menu items with precision and attention to detail. Follow recipes and portioning guidelines to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation.
- Cashier Duties: Operate the cash register accurately for order processing, payment collection, and issuing receipts. Handle cash, card transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Food Presentation: Create visually appealing acai bowls by arranging ingredients in an attractive manner. Ensure that each order meets our quality and presentation standards.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment. Wipe down counters, tables, and seating areas, and assist in cleaning dishes, utensils, and food preparation areas as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow service crew members, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth cafe operations. Assist in food preparation, restocking supplies, and maintaining inventory.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Engage in conversations about the cafe's offerings, nutritional benefits, and promote loyalty programs.
- Health and Safety: Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices. Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean cafe environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
- Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling.
- Neat and presentable appearance.
- Food Hygience certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus.
