**(Senior) Quality Engineering Admin Assistant, PQE**

**Overview**

The Assistant Quality Engineer provides quality assurance support ensuring products and processes meet quality requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct routine audits to ensure conformance to the standards required by the QMS.
- Prepares engineering reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing data and trends, discussing these findings with the supervisor.
- Compile monthly reports to track quality and compliance performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes of non-conformances and develop Corrective and Preventive Actions.
- Assist in the establishment and maintenance of procedures and work instructions.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Comply and adhere to the company Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance / quality control in a manufacturing environment
- ITC/ITE with 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance / quality control in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in SAP is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
