**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- Process invoices, monitor invoice processing status and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure invoices are promptly processed.
- Verify payment transactions in bank portals, including the preparation of cashflow requirements and entry in cashflow management portal.
- Put up vendor creation requests
- Provides guidance to departments regarding payment methods, required documents for payments, tax matters related to payments
- Provides accurate and effective document preparation and historical records management relative to the AP function in accordance with records retention policies and procedures
- Prepare journal entries to charge up to financial accounts, including reconciliation to general ledger accounts
- Prepare payment vouchers for payments
- Assist in testing of new system changes
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

**What we are looking for**
- Diploma in Accountancy or related discipline
- Able to work well independently, detail oriented and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Knowledge of SAP system in Finance and accounts payable areas is preferred
