**Job Overview**:
The Pres & Graphics Designer is a key member of the Presentation Design Studio, working in a fast-paced environment to create high-quality, visually compelling pitchbook presentations and marketing materials. This role supports internal clients across various business divisions, including Banking, Markets and Services. As part of this specialist team, the Designer will deliver innovative and professional visual solutions that enhance client materials while maintaining brand consistency. The role involves working on a wide range of projects, including PowerPoint pitchbooks and presentations, bespoke PowerPoint templates, custom covers and conceptual slide design. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day presentation and graphic design support for potentially complex and sensitive documents.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for high-quality presentation and graphics deliverables, specializing in Enhanced and Advanced Design projects, including conceptual, bake-off, and custom designs
- Applies advanced layout and design techniques to develop creative and enhanced PowerPoint slides which offers conceptual and visual solutions
- Utilizes strong presentation and graphic design skills, illustration, and data visualization techniques, to interpret complex ideas and present them as clear and compelling designs
- Works directly with bankers and partners with other hubs to understand objectives and create tailored design solutions
- Ensures all materials comply with Citi brand standards and provide branding advice to clients when necessary
- Proactively raises creative ideas and emerging trends that align with business goals
- Assists with project work distribution and admin/intake coordination, when required
- Completes related admin for accurate work billing and job tracking purposes
- Responsible for quality control of own work, as well as assisting colleagues with QC tasks
- Minimum of three years’ experience in presentation design or corporate design support, preferably in a financial or corporate environment
- Experience producing corporate pitchbooks, marketing materials and presentations for professional clients
- A portfolio or samples of recent creative work is advantageous

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) is essential
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional) is essential

- Strong skills in visual storytelling, layout and typography

**Qualifications**:
