**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Senior Network On-Site Engineer (T3)**to take a leadership role in our Data Center operations. Building on prior Tier 1 and Tier 2 responsibilities, this role requires deep technical expertise, strong mentoring ability, and proven coordination skills. You will be responsible not only for advanced troubleshooting and maintenance but also for shaping processes, driving quality standards, and supporting team development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process & Quality Leadership**:Develop process improvements from standardization to specialization; contribute insights to process design and quality control.
- **Server Maintenance**:Independently complete complex fault diagnosis, analysis, and all server component replacements, including advanced firmware and configuration tasks.
- **Network Operations**:Lead troubleshooting with systematic thinking, proactively identify risks, and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- **Mentorship & Coaching**:Provide strong mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, accelerating their growth in technical and process skills.
- **Team Management & Coordination**:Assist supervisors and senior leadership in project execution, manage coordination across teams, and take ownership of complex assignments.
- **Continuous Growth**:Demonstrate strong learning ability and potential for further development in professional or management fields.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in server and network operations.
- Deep expertise in server hardware (diagnostics, complex component replacement, firmware management).
- Strong troubleshooting skills in network maintenance with a systematic approach.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior/mid-level engineers.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred**:

- Team management experience or leadership in complex project delivery.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCNP, Linux+, vendor-specific certifications).Experience in process design, standardization, and quality control initiatives.
