**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Description**:

- Arrange staff work schedule according to needs.
- Ensure cleanliness of the outlet, all equipment, tools and physical-building surfaces.
- Ensure that customers receive excellent service.
- Manage invoices & receipts for all stocks
- Handle cash, inventory and prepare nightly closing reports.
- Keep detailed records of monthly costs and revenues
- Assist in recruitment.

**Requirements**:

- GCE “A” level or its equivalent
- Relevant working experience in the Food Court/Coffee Shop/Restaurant is an added advantage.
- Ability to think fast work-related problems and come up with immediate solutions
- Ability to carry out multiple tasks and be a team player
- Possess experience with serving of foods and beverages
- Possess sound communication skills.
- Must prepare to work during weekends and public holidays
