This is an exciting role with exposure to the building blocks of the business, as well as insights into the rationale and justification behind Management’s business strategies.

**Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results**:
Building out the annual financial plan for Singapore and Australia using assumptions that are driven by solid understanding of business drivers.

Quarterly forecasting of the P&L to reflect recent changes in the business drivers.

Develop roll-forward and other supporting analysis to explain variances in plan and forecast.

Prepare presentation materials for annual business plan and quarterly forecasting.

Provide strategic and financial support to 5-year plan prepared annually.

Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Deliver a range of ad hoc analysis and presentation as required.

**Experience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements**:
Finance or Actuarial graduate

Financial analysis skills with ability to pick up on financial trends and communicate effectively with management to ensure the business can take appropriate actions.

Dynamic individual able to work with a broad range of people across the organization.

Results oriented individual with a drive for continuous improvement and proven success in achieving goals.

Ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Problem Solving - ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Familiar with Power BI and Tableau would be preferrable.
