**About the Department**:
The Bank’s Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
- They have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting their regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. They operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
- Their Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for their businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.**Responsibilities**:
They are looking for an IT Project Manager. If you are interested in technology, driving digital transformation projects and want to be in a team where learning and collaboration is part of the culture, please reach out and we would love to talk to you- Project Management: Responsible for managing the quality, scope, timeline, cost/effort and stakeholders for the successful delivery of the projectsDevelop and execute the project plan (deliverables & milestone), create mitigation to minimize schedule and cost variations to help meet the project objectives
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with Business Project Managers to manage project stakeholders and relationships. Help foster a collaborative environment to achieve the business success
- Scope Management: Manage changes to the agreed scope of work. Review and assess the cost and timeline impacts to the project and facilitate Project Steering Committee (PSC) decisions
- Project Governance: Prepare investment approval materials for the project. Organise PSC meetings, chair Project Working Committee (PWC) meetings
- Risk and Issue Management: Manage and track project risks and implement risk mitigation plans
- Process Adherence: Ensuring that the system development methodology is followed by the project team and artefacts are developed and delivered on time and with quality
- Project Reporting: Implement project communications plan and develop project progress reports

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar domain
- More than 15 years of Project management and strong Project Delivery experience in IT Services, Financial Services, Consulting.
- Good record of managing multiple medium to large size projects at regional or global level
- Experience with infrastructure projects management (e.g. on-premise to cloud migrations, infrastructure and work place tools alignment) is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in leading technology teams with good understanding of how enterprises are employing technology to drive digital business
- Strong technical domain knowledge in areas (e.g. Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Technology Risk & Controls)
- Strong business domain knowledge in areas (e.g. RoboAdvisory, CRM, Data, AI/ML)
- Strategic forward-thinking approach to challenges with outstanding communications, influencing, negotiating and persuasion skills
- Experience with the Asset Management business is preferrable. Or wholesale banking, insurance, payments industry backgrounds.
