**Responsibilities**:

- Check Letter of Offer to ensure compliance against lending guideline.
- Vet legal documents and ensure that all mortgage, land/construction loan documents are complete, accurate and in order prior to disbursement.
- Ensure all loans are disbursed on time.
- Liaises with solicitors on legal documentation, title deeds, caveat expiry, etc.
- Check system loan disbursement entries & ensure insurance coverage is taken up on disbursement day.
- Check progressive drawdown for ‘building under construction’ cases and land & construction loans.
- Check renewal of Easy Loans & Issuance of Letter of Guarantee.
- **Block Discounting / Hire Purchase**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures that all procedures are adhered to, documents are in order, and all follow-up work is completed.
- Assist Head, Loans Administration in carrying out day-to-day operational processes and covering duties during his/her absence.
- Vet through Letter of Offers to ensure compliance against credit proposal and lending guidelines.
- Review and approve loan releases, and loan correspondences pertaining to Block Discounting & Hire Purchase for passenger car/commercial vehicle/equipment.
- Ensure outstanding documents/issues are resolved prior/after disbursement.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Numerate and meticulous with a keen eye for details
- Proactive, responsible, good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Good verbal and written communication skills
