**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the delivery teams’ purpose and objectives are clear and linked to the broader vision, strategy and customer roadmap.
- Translate business objectives into streams of work, aligning technology and business strategy.
- Utilizing either agile or waterfall project management methods
- Work closely with Project Managers and other leaders to deliver initiatives and products
- Empower and coach delivery teams to take accountability for delivery, risk and issue management and assisting by removing blockers.
- Accountable for overall progress of all client delivery assigned, including financial performance
- Application and/or platform ownership including facilitation of critical incident management and technical roadmaps.
- Develop a team environment that supports team engagement and high performance in a diverse, distributed and partnered team.
- Builds strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure delivery is smooth and customer centric.
- Manage team operations, including portfolio planning, resource, financial and risk management.
- Build and manage customer account and senior stakeholder relationships
- Manage partner (i.e. vendor) delivery to contract and relationship
- Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities at existing customer accounts.

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering or related field
- Min 10 years experience in Project Management
- Managed implementation using:

- .NET Framework 4.5 and above
- HTML5, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, C# 5.0 / 6.0
- Windows Service
- Unit/Integration/User/Security/Performance Testing
- Account and senior stakeholder management, vendor delivery and contract management
- Experience leading project teams, through full project lifecycles
- Experience leading operational support teams to defined SLAs
- Proven track record of successful delivery of complex customer projects
- Highly motivated, a strategic thinker, and must have passion and enthusiasm for delivering technology and business transformation
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Experience in AWS, IDM/IAM domain and Edtech domain is a plus.
