INSEAD is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Executive Education Department. This is a permanent and full-time position that will be based at our Asia Campus in One-North, Singapore.

**Main tasks include**:
Develop and implement the marketing plans for the designated portfolio of programmes.
Build relevant marketing content to help grow the brand awareness of Online programmes for INSEAD Executive Education.
Work closely with the relevant programme director/s, and the broader open-enrolment team, to refine and articulate compelling marketing messages, build marketing content and ensure that the marketing messages are consistent across all media.
Coordinate with appropriate external suppliers and internal teams (Product Marketing team, Marketing Operations group, Online team, Communications department, PR, Web team, IT, etc.) to develop and implement all the marketing activities across all the channels for his/her portfolio of programmes including:
Online advertising campaigns
Google Search Engines Optimization (SEO) & Google adwords campaigns (SEM)
Direct Marketing campaigns
Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook)
Webinars
Podcasts
Marketing collaterals
Web, videos and other multimedia tools
Events
Review ROI of all actions by leveraging the systems and tools to build on going analytics for portfolio and monitor the performance of marketing channel used.
Monitor the marketing and sales pipelines to ensure that marketing activities generate healthy lead pipelines and qualitative leads (appropriate target audience).

Bachelors’ degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business
At least 5 years of relevant work experience including a minimum of 2 years in a marketing/communications/branding role
Experience in managing digital marketing or omni-channel campaigns
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with people from different levels in an organization
Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to communicate and engage with a wide range of stakeholders and clearly articulate information
Innovative mindset, with the capability to identify key trends in the market and articulate/communicate these accordingly
Result driven with excellent organizational skills
