Supply Chain Executive

You will work closely with the supply chain manager to support the sales department. Your role entails but not limited to the preparation of reports, analysing and optimising inventories level and monitor product demand variance.
- Generate monthly reports for monthly inventory tracking, inventory review, customer fill rate, supplier fulfilment rate, forecast accuracy report.
- Conduct price comparison report for new products and monitor new products progress status
- Participate and support SOP process for demand forecasting & supply planning (SAP MRP).
- Execute high level Inventory management and carry out demand & supply planning for FMCG products.
- Ensure inventory is planned at optimal level to meet target turns, while maintaining/ improving customer service level.
- Analyse and manage the impact of product life cycle, phase-in phase-out, promotional products, slow moving & obsolete inventory.
- Monitor and respond to product demand changes by adjusting inventory plans with appropriate strategies.
- Analyse and provide accurate forecast, along with strategies to improve the forecasting process and minimize variance.
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business requirements
- Assist Supply Chain Manager to manage the day-to-day operations for purchasing
- Any other ad-hoc duties
**Job Requirement**
- GCE O Level & above
- Minimum two years relevant working experience in supply chain and/or inventory management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Conversant with Microsoft Office
