Adventure Tree Preschool is seeking for a truly passionate, dynamic and dedicated Principal to join our new branch in Upper Bukit Timah. You will be part of an exciting project with a real opportunity for growth and personal development

**Responsibilities**:

- Help deliver curriculum founded on the center’s philosophies whilst following childcare regulations and National Quality Standards
- Create positive learning environments including resources based on child-directed learning
- Build good, open and effective communication with children, families and staff
- Observe and record children's growth, development and behavior using electronic portfolios
- Develop strategies to market and maintain the school’s student enrolment to maximise the school capacity;
- Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe
- Select, coach and mentor teachers to maximise their professional relationship with parents, harmonious working relations with colleagues and teaching performance for the growth of students under their care;
- Undertake administrative tasks as required
- Organise school events to support cultural, festive events, racial harmony and green environment

**Job Requirements**:

- A recognised degree in Early Childhood Education from an approved institution and Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Leadership) or its equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a childcare setting
- High EQ, matured, exemplary leadership and management skills are essential;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Up to date with the government regulations, curriculum framework (Nurturing Early Learners, Early Years Development Framework)
