As a Business Analyst, you will act as a key interface between customers and project managers / product owners.

Duration: 12 months contract

Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.30AM to 6.00PM / 9.00AM to 6.30PM)

Working locations: Central.

Salary up to $12000

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to data and reporting projects.
- Leverage business consulting expertise to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance reporting processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of operations.
- Translate business requirements into functionality and assess the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts.
- Own end to end documentation of requirements including version control and required signoff from the stakeholder groups.
- Assess and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand the current value and issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create acceptance criteria and validate those solutions to meet the business needs through defining and coordinating testing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related discipline required.
- At least 8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in either Consulting for Insurance clients or insurance industry working on data / reporting projects.
- Practical experience with regulatory reporting (IFRS17)
- Deep understanding of various reports produced by insurance companies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
