Job Scope

As a **Telemarketer**, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and introducing them to our suite of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce our digital transformation solutions.
- **Lead Generation**: Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team to further engage.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a strong understanding of our products to effectively communicate their benefits.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather insights from potential clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- **CRM Management**: Accurately log interactions and update customer information in our CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills
- **Education**: Minimum of O-Level or equivalent; higher qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or IT-related fields are advantageous.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English is required.
- **Technical Aptitude**: Basic understanding of IT solutions; familiarity with ERP, POS, and CRM systems is a plus.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients effectively.
- **Organizational Skills**: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Conditions
- **Location**: Office-based at 15 Changi Business Park Crescent, #05-09, Haite Building, Singapore 486006.
- **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- **Compensation**: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,502.44 - $2,800.00 per month
