The merger of Aviva Singapore and Singlife was announced in September 2020 and created one of the largest homegrown financial services companies in Singapore in a deal valued at S$3.2 billion. It was the largest insurance deal in Singapore at the time. Singlife was subsequently acquired by Sumitomo Life in March 2024, one of Japan’s leading life insurers, which valued Singlife at S$4.6 billion, making the transaction one of the largest insurance deals in Southeast Asia.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Integrate Singlife Group’s unique offerings to deliver differentiated propositions, go-to-market product launches, upselling bundling; to bring together various product pillars across investment & insurance
- Develop unique and relevant product propositions to elevate investment proposition with GROW delivered through integrated & thematic segment-specific product bundles, FAR training
- Collaborate across all product lines (Life, Health, Investments & GI) to design ‘cross-pollination’ campaigns to drive product cross-sell
- Innovate on existing product’s value proposition strategy - pivot product propositions to drive FAR-client engagement, customer retention, cross/up-sell
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement portfolio growth strategies
- Identify potential ecosystem partners that could value add to Singlife product suite, develop partnership strategies and narratives to complement product value proposition
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to implement partnership collaboration models
- Support product go-to-market launch activities, including embedding proposition-led narratives in training/marketing material and launch events.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product
- Able to multi-task across various initiatives with potentially tight deadlines
- Comfortable with data analysis
- Comfortable with working with ambiguity and taking on end-to-end ownership of tasks assigned
- Some prior experience in product-related or growth roles is preferred.
