Customer Success Specialist

The Customer Success Specialist will help us maintain great relationships with our clientele by ensuring their needs are met through our solutions and excellent service support. This individual will play an important role in customer retention and work with internal teams to strategise and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Identify new business opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Assist with client requests and issue escalations as needed Recommend to existing customers how new and existing enhancements will create value for them
- Work with cross functional teams to reveal potential opportunities within accounts
- Deliver regular product training to customers to ensure strong usage
- Gather client feedback for team to improve on solutions and services, pricing strategies and the operational process
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply
- Self-starter, meticulous and good with time management
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English; additional bonus if fluent in Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedback from Chinese speaking customers)
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Positive mindset and works well in a team
