**THE PERSON**:

- Design and develop functional tests for measuring performance of Hard IP system.
- Development of RTL test designs and firmware to validate Ips
- Takes responsibility for isolating the issue to a specific area such as test gap, SW bug, silicon bug, or process deviation.
- Implement testing across process, voltage, and temperature, as well as volume system testing. To analyze test results to discover trends and outliers
- Diagnose and debug the pattern failures on bench/ATE to root cause the problem
- Work closely with cross functional team, such as Design, Application, Product Verification and etc to investigate and find solutions to various issues.
- Working on the cutting-edge AMD Adaptive Compute Platform (ACAP) and devices Generates performance characterization plan with IC designers
- Analyze characterization results and create characterization report
- statistical analysis skills and generate trends for the analysis of device feature performance over process windows.
- Create and improve automation script for data analysis and test automation

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- 5-8 years’ experience in pattern development or analysis on Peripherals/Protocol testing.
- Knowledge of ARM-based processor systems, Video Processing or Image Processing Solutions.
- Knowledge of Scripting languages such as Perl, Phyton or TCL
- Basic understanding of ATE testing and NPI Process, bench testing and debug.
- Proficiency in C, with ARM assembly, embedded Linux, RTOS and C compilers desirable
- Basic understanding of FPGA. Knowledge of Vivado Software is a plus
- Self-motivated and a strong team-player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability and passion to learn new tools and technologies

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering
