**Role**:Draftsman

This role requires a highly self-motivated individual that is well organized and meticulous person. This job requires the talent to perform the following duties. The drafter's position consists of preparing detailed drawing of engineering design, floorplans and others drawing related tasks.

Tasks
- Responsible for producing technical 2D and 3D drawings. (e.g., Part drawings, assembly drawings, combine services drawings, shopfloor drawings.)
- Collaborate with project team, suppliers & client for any revisions/amendments of drawings.
- Ensure all drawing creation, amendment, receiving, transmittal, recording, and disposal follows statutory regulations.
- Maintain detailed documentation throughout the drafting process. This includes organizing and managing electronic and hard copy files, ensuring version control, and keeping track of revisions and updates to drawings.
- Attend site surveys and take relevant measurements to translate into drawings.
- Prepare necessary calculations pertaining to design work.
- Assist with Project team on project planning and deployment of project.
- Other ad-hoc duties as when required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering, or any other related studies.
- Proficient in Inventor/ Autodesk Revit & Inventor
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Projects is an added advantage.
- 1 years of relevant working experience, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to details.
- Experience in Project Management is an added advantage.
- 5-day work week
- Ability to converse and write in English.
