**Position for Student Care Teacher (Morning Shift)**

**Roles & Responsibilities**

The student care teacher is responsible for the care and development of school-age children, including daily supervision of the children's schoolwork and studies, as well as planning activities for them during the school holidays. The teacher is to take care of the students’ needs and maintain a conducive, healthy and safe environment.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

The student care teacher is expected to:

- Be punctual and responsible in ensuring timely opening of the centre during school holidays.
- Conduct age-appropriate activities while ensuring the overall safety and welfare of each student.
- Supervise and guide students in their assessment books (answers key provided)
- Maintain exemplary standards of organization, teaching, planning, time management, professionalism and effective learning.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and appropriate environment.
- Monitor each student’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Develop and sustain good teacher-parent relationships on a daily basis.

**Other Requirements**
- Five Days Work Week (Monday to Friday)
- Working Hours : 7.30 am to 12.30 pm (5 hours only)
- Commitment Period : 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 Dec 2024
- Conducive work environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

Schedule:

- Early shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
