1. Assists in preparing Employment Contracts for HR Manager’s approval before submitting to MD’s / GM’s signature.
3. Assists in the administration of Work Injuries Compensation Act and Retirement and Re-employment Act.
4. Provides administrative assistance in the implementation of Company’s HR policies so that overtime, work on rest days and public holidays are properly implemented.
5. Assists in maintaining and updating employees’ personnel files accurately.
6. Assists in monthly payroll processing and yearly Income Tax declaration
