Your new firm is a market leader in the electronics manufacturing space with strong branding globally. They are looking for an IT Operations Lead as part of their expansion plans in the region.

**Your new role**
As the IT Operations Lead, you will:

- Lead and oversee service delivery and rollout of end user computing services
- Manage a team of End User Support Engineers to ensure tickets are resolved timely according to SLA
- Provide high-level escalation and troubleshooting support for any technical issues for VIP users
- Liaise and manage external vendors to incident management and change management are resolved according to SOP and SLA
- Analyst and suggest solutions to improve incident management and service delivery within the business

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimally 5 years of experience in an End-User Support Lead role supporting VIP users in an enterprise and regional environment
- Minimally 3 years in a Team Lead role with experience managing a service delivery or end user support team
- Sound technical understanding of End User process and Infrastructure Services
- Strong hands-on experience providing technical troubleshooting across all levels
- Strong and clear communication to liaise with VIP users, senior stakeholders and external vendors
- Technical certifications such as ITIL and familiarity with ITSM framework is a strong advantage
