**About the Role**

**What You’ll Do**
- **Design & Implement Cloud Solutions** - Create enterprise-grade cloud architectures that meet client needs, including cloud migration, deployment, optimization, and security strategies.
- **Provide Expert Consultation** - Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, deliver tailored cloud solutions, guide implementation, and offer ongoing technical advice.
- **Enable Client Success** - Deliver technical training, help clients adopt our products and services, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly.
- **Optimize Performance & Manage Costs** - Monitor cloud usage using data analytics tools, produce regular performance and cost reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
- **Enhance Products & Services** - Collect client feedback and collaborate with product teams to drive continuous improvement.
- **Support Business Growth** - Recommend relevant cloud services to meet evolving client needs, and work with sales to promote new products and cross-sell solutions.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong knowledge of at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Understanding of public cloud provider operations, with extensive hands-on technical experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Mandarin at an intermediate level and English at an intermediate, business-communication level.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and cloud management platforms (e.g., AWS Management Console, Google Cloud Console, Azure Portal).
- Proven ability to optimize cloud performance and manage operational costs effectively.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across functions.

**Bonus Points**
- Deep understanding of cloud computing, edge computing, and container technologies, with a passion for continuous learning.
- Relevant certifications such as **AWS Certified Solutions Architect**, **Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect**, or **Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert**.
- Experience in cloud deployment and operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly with a strong awareness of system performance.
- Curiosity for new technologies and a proactive approach to experimenting with new tools.
