We are looking for dynamic, resourceful and committed indivdual whom able to handle all administrative tasks, account keeping and handle smple sales enquiries.

Key job descriptions:

- Keep track of all account payables and recievables
- Prepare workers salaries
- Generate work orders, DOs, JOs and invoices
- Response to online/work-in sales queries
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assign

Pre-requiite/Requirments:

- with prior work experiences preferred, those whom are fresh are also welcome to apply
- Priorities will be given to those with HR and book keeping experiences
- competence in microsoft office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) & Mandarin (spoken)
- Able to multi-task and handle work demands without constant supervision

Salary shall be commurate according to prior work experiences, capabilities and academic qualification.
