Roles & Responsibilities
**Job Descriptions**
- Plan, lead and manage QA/QC Engineer(s) for the project(s) undertaken, manage a mega project.
- Conduct Internal Quality Audits and Project Quality Audits.
- Review of the Quality Management System, Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans, QC Guidelines, Method Statement, etc.
- Conduct experiments, propose new material/procedures and come up with innovative solutions.
- Review and ensure that all materials requirements by LTA are fulfilled.
- Assess site operations and procedures daily and recommend improvement actions, ensuring that the internal quality systems are in place.
- Set up systems for new trades/work processes.
- Manage project stakeholders (client, consultants) on quality related issues.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients and sub-contractors etc.
- Cultivate a quality mindset among the production team.
- Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
- Obtain buy-in from project team towards quality assurance and quality control initiatives.
- Translate deep understanding of quality standards and requirements into site works.
- Improvement of work processes, productivity, IDD and BIM.
**Requirements**:

- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or construction related field
- Experience: At least 9 years of building and/or civil engineering experience (Experience in QA/QC and certified auditors would have an added advantage)
- Completed at least 2 cycles of Civil projects of which, at least 1 project with project value of $5million and above
- Knowledge of quality requirement of BCA, industry norms and contract specifications
- Quality Management Systems - ISO 9000
- Knowledge in Structural and Architectural works
