Operations Administrator

This role covers geographical scope of APAC and Middle East, reporting to the Operations & Commercial Manager APAC & MENA.
You will be responsible for all matters concerning Operations and provide day to day administrative support. He/She will be part of team that is working within operations to ensure simplification, improved operational efficiency and effectiveness.
**Job Requirements**:
- Assist day-to-day Operations Activities e.g., prepare Purchase Orders, Invoices and CIPL, etc..
- Uploads digital files and data. Organizes and archives records and documents. Makes copies of paperwork and distributes as needed. Retrieves data and files for other departments and personnel.
- Manage travel itineraries, accommodation and travel related e.g., Visa, etc for Staff and Managing Director.
- Good housekeeping practice.
**Requirements**:
- 1 years of relevant professional work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel and Word.
- Ability to work well and effective communication.
Pay: $1,944.09 - $2,400.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
