Provide leadership to the organisation in the design, delivery and quality of the organisation’s programmes and services. Mobilize and direct resources to support the activities and operations of the Organization
- Develop, lead and where required conduct programs
- Formulate (in consultation with Exco) the Business plan & Budget before implementation and monitor its progress
- Lead and manage the staff to ensure that the programmes and events are effectively delivered according to work plan and budget; Analyze members’ & volunteers’ data and propose programs aligned to the vision of SNSA
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Organization
- Guide and provide direction to Senior Finance & Operations Executive to ensure robust finance and governance of Organization’ Crafting clear, sound and robust policies and processes pertaining to Finance/Admin, IT & Programme matters
- Collaborate closely with the Finance and Treasurer / Fund Raising committee of the Exco to support the fundraising efforts of the organisation and to develop a sustainable programme for funding and donor relations. Plays the key role in Partnerships and Fund Raising
- Direct research efforts to advocate for improvements in policies and legislation presented
- Represent SNSA to beneficiaries, stakeholders, media & public Engage actively with other charities & social enterprises and ensure that SNSA's vision and mission are fulfilled
- Any other duties as assigned
