**About the role**

The Customer Business Solutions (CBS) is in charge of commercializing and implementing Bollore Global Business Solutions offer among customers. He / She shall take into consideration commercial, operational and IS constraints so as to propose and implement a customer oriented optimized solution while using standard modules.

**What you will be doing**
- Identify and formalize customers’ business solutions needs (Track and Trace, EDI, Reporting, etc.)
- Design, implement, deploy and maintain the customer business solutions
- Support Sales in customer presentations on Track & Trace system, conduct training for internal and external parties
- Manage freight Implementation, project analysis, coordination & provide support for deployment activities
- Draft and communicate all required operational procedures within the company subsidiaries
- Use tools to troubleshoot problems associated with TMS and Track & Trace system

**Requirements**:

- Functional knowledge / good understanding in system integration
- Techniques and processes to manage track and trace requirements
- Must be able to work independently and as well as a team player.
- Knowledge and experience in delivering technology solutions
- Strong analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills
- Goal oriented individual, motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to multi tasks
- Must have good verbal and written communications skills
