**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Provide professional guidance and advice to customers on car models, features, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and facilitate the sales process from inquiry to delivery
- **Customer Service and Satisfaction**:

- Ensure exceptional customer service at all touchpoints, delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, aiming for customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure an optimal selection of car models.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for timely delivery and replenishment of inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials and activities to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Participate in trade shows, events, and networking activities to promote the dealership.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations for management review.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- **Team Collaboration and Leadership**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and foster a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to junior sales team members.
