As a member of our family-owned business, you will lead the Team and all projects relating to System Applications and Products (SAP) and Point-of Sales (POS) initiatives within the Regional headquarters as well as the local Retail entities within the Asia Pacific region. As IT Applications Manager, you will**IT Applications Manager**

Your new job includes
- manage outsourced vendors for the Application Management Services (AMS) such as change management requests, ticket incident logs and closure, compliance to Service Level Agreement and tracking of Key Performance Indicators at a Regional level.
- monitor the resolution of outstanding issues, and where necessary the escalation process, provide monthly performance updates and evaluation of vendors’ performance annually.
- develop and manage Regional projects, propose expense and capital budgets as per the Global and Regional Information Technology strategy.
- inspire and motivate Team Members to achieve set objectives and drive positive engagement, resulting in building Team Members’ capability for growth and development within the function.

What you should bring along
- a Degree or Diploma in Information Technology Information Systems or a related discipline, and practical experience of at least five years with POS Consulting services and delivery of large-scale projects integrated with ERP and POS, preferably within the Retail industry, and three years in a Leadership role.
- a strong working knowledge of SAP modules such as IS Retail, Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Warehousing Management (WM), and at least three complete cycle of project implementation as a Functional Lead or Architect.
- seasoned Project Management skills with experience in Agile project methodologies; a certification in Scrum Product Owner will be an advantage.
- a systematic way of organising and setting priorities based on business needs and adapt logical and rationale approach in problem solving with entrepreneurial mindset and passion.
- a competent and reliable leader with the ability to mentor and develop Team Members.
- a pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
