**Job Description**:
- Keep everything in shop areas clean and sanitised
- Wash the baking equipment, utensils, cabinets in the kitchen
- Responsible for keeping the floor area neat. Need to mop and sweep the floor
- Get rid of the trash on a regular basis. Replace garbage bags after the garbage is thrown and wash it to make it clean and free from odour
- Kitchen helpers also do food preparation. Work together with bakers in preparing cakes & bakery items.
- Assist other kitchen staff in unloading shipment of foods and supplies that are needed in the kitchen.
