Singapore NTU (Nanyang Technology University- Main Office-HR) Full time

The Education Department of Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine is offering a part-time position at our Novena Campus. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Anatomy and Science Laboratories, the role requires a dynamic and creative individual who will provide support to ensure classes are set up with the proper and working equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure anatomy classes runs smoothly and ensure that medical students can practice with ease by coordinating with simulated patients and student helpers.
- Organize OSCE practice sessions for clinical years students and manage the utilization of medical equipment for practice to support students' learning opportunities.
- Support pre-clinical rotations of Years 3 to 5 students and facilitate equipment loan for clinical rotations.
- Manage the use of plastinated specimens and equipment including maintenance and repair of broken segments of specimens.
- Support the procurement and expenses relating to equipment and clinical laboratories consumables to ensure that the clinical laboratories remain functional.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Arts/Science or equivalent with minimum 2 years in education industry
- Basic knowledge on anatomy is required
- Experience in office administration, procurement, planning and coordination of classes are preferred
- Good time management skills, good communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Open to travelling between NTU and our Novena campus (transport will be provided)
