Job Descriptions:
Human Resources
- Work closely with managers and employees to provide quality HR advisory and address all types of employee relations issues maintaining a balance in representing the welfare of all parties.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support HR daily operations in onboarding and off-boarding duties.
- Plan yearly manpower budget, monitor the staff performance, and prepare for performance appraisal.
- Support Human Resources Share Services Center and Tax department in the computation of salary, tax administration and work injuries compensation, etc.
- Render ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources-related matters, policies, and procedures.
- Familiar with MOM rules and regulations and other employment regulations.
Administration
- Electronic diary management, organizing appointments, meetings and travel arrangements, send reminders or notice of meeting cancellation or changes.
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, clients, and senior-level managers.
- Calendar management, coordinate meetings and distribute meeting agendas and paperwork and minutes taking.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices after processing & collating.
- Managing office budgets and supplies and assisting with payment and IT matters.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR Generalist role.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flexible and positive
- personality.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management system.
- Good organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to function in a multi-tasking environment.
- Responsible, highly initiative, adaptable, and quick-thinking individual with foresight for potential problems.
