**Job Summary**:The Bus Attendant ensures the safety, comfort, and well-being of students and passengers during transportation to and from school or other designated locations. The role involves assisting passengers with boarding, securing them in their seats, and maintaining order on the bus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Passenger Assistance**:Help passengers, including young children and individuals with special needs, board and exit the bus safely.
Secure wheelchairs, seat belts, and other necessary safety equipment.
- **Safety Monitoring**:Monitor passengers to ensure they remain seated and behave appropriately during the ride.
Report any safety concerns or incidents to the driver or supervisor immediately.
- **Communication**:Act as a liaison between the school/parents and the transportation department, providing relevant updates when needed.Address passenger concerns in a polite and professional manner.
- **Emergency Readiness**:Assist in evacuation procedures during emergencies. Stay informed of safety protocols and emergency plans.
- **Cleanliness and Maintenance**:Help maintain cleanliness on the bus by ensuring no litter or spills are left behind.
Report any maintenance issues to the driver or supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Patience and a positive attitude.
- Ability to assist passengers with mobility challenges.
- Customer service oriented
- Able to cover 6am to 9am shift from Monday to Friday

**Payout**
- $10/hr
