**What the role is**
- You will be part of the team that champions infrastructure planning and management for Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE). You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders (including government agencies and private entities) to:
1. Optimise and future-proof our existing MICE infrastructure; and
2. Envision long-term plans, coordinate, and drive the implementation for future MICE infrastructure developments.

**What you will be working on**
- Optimising existing MICE infrastructure while envisioning long-term plans for future infrastructure to ensure Singapore’s MICE industry remains competitive and relevant.
a) To lead the asset and operator management of the Singapore Expo. This includes addressing facility, contract and lease related issues, monitoring the operator’s performance and fulfilment of obligations as well as assessment and approval of ad hoc requests.
b) To ascertain and envision the future infrastructural needs of the MICE industry through stakeholder engagements (local and overseas) such as 1-1 meetings, study trips etc. and prepare the groundwork for the development and operation of such infrastructure where applicable e.g. preparation and calling of tender documents, liaising with agencies, consultants etc.

Job Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think broadly (connecting the dots), deeply (cause & effect), and strategically to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Ability to multi-task and work under time pressure.
- Experience in account and project management.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power point.

Good to have:

- Knowledge in the MICE industry.
- Knowledge on the management of assets, lease agreements, and related policies and regulations.
- Knowledge and understanding of government functions and procurement process.
