We’re looking for a Content Strategist to help us on two of our major client accounts,, as well as work across plenty of other client projects, as content is what we do
**The role**
- Performing research to gain in-depth knowledge of our clients, their audience, competitors and the platforms they should be on
- Helping create content that will resonate for our clients
- Building out social and content strategies that include content pillars, content calendars and content propositions
- Collaborating with account management teams, creative teams, and writers to implement the strategies
- Overseeing writing style and tone for all content
- Developing guidelines and toolkits with the support of the wider team
- Conducting periodic content audits
- Tracking and calculating content ROI, as well as delivering reports and actionable insights
- Ensuring that content strategy meets business objectives
- Analyzing content marketing strategy to evaluate whether it's working or not.
- Keeping on top of trends and recommending solutions to clients
**About you**:
- Excellent copywriting skills - if you can't write great content, it doesn't matter how well you strategize it.
- Content presentation skills - you should be able to determine how content should be packaged for new and existing consumers to induce them to take action
- Content delivery skills - you determine the best distribution channel to deliver content to the target audience.
- You should have experience in handling and strategizing marketing campaigns.
- Multitasking and organizational skills - you will have to handle several types of projects and clients on a daily basis
- Good analytical abilities to spot patterns and trends in content marketing data
- Collaborative, creative, caring and curious
- A love of social media and social content formats
- Attention to detail
